This is so good..and disappears fast at a potluck or gathering!
I took advice from other reviewers-used 1/2 cup ranch, 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing, used colby/jack cheese, and 1 cup of hot sauce. Also, I cooked 2 large boneless chicken breasts(1.5-2lbs)stove top with a little oil, salt & pepper. I shredded the chicken instead of dicing it. We just like it better shredded. And, more chicken makes for a meatier dip.
Oh, and I just mixed it all ingredients together in a large bowl, transfered to a crock pot, and heated til cheese was melted and dip was hot.
I have made it several times, and everyone asks for the recipe!
