I loved this dip. It was super simple to make, and it was a huge hit. This will be one I make often for parties and get togethers! Next time I make this I am going to substitue the ranch dressing with Bleu Cheese dressing. I'll let you know how it turns out. If you like Hot Wings, but don't like the mess, you need to try this recipe!

This dip is amazing!! It tastes just like wings but is way easier to eat! and has that extra crunch with the chips unlike wings! I brought this to a new years party and everyone there asked for the recipe! I did it exactly as it is, but I added some Franks Buffalo Wing sauce as well.and did add more Reg. Franks sauce because we like things hot!! I will be making this again for sure!

Awesome! I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and made it with Blue Cheese instead of Ranch, but either would have been fine with me. This recipe was phenomonal. I made it for a party and it was a huge hit. I will be making this again and again.

This was eaten within 5 minutes at a football party yesterday. One note I did not add the ranch dressing to make it more figure friendly. It was just as good if not better. I have had it both ways and again this was great.

This dip is awesome! To cut down on prep time I used Perdue chicken short cuts. I choppped them up and just mixed them in. So easy and so tasty! I too used Blue Cheese dressing and it was delicious.

This dip is excellent! It always goes when I bring it to a party or have it out at a get-together at my house. It is also tasty with hot pepper rings and I prefer the blue cheese dressing as opposed to ranch.

This was very good. I used 1/2 cup ranch and 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing based on the other reviews. It turned out very good. I think next time I will use 1 cup of blue cheese dressing just to give it more flavor. I will definitely make this again.

This was good and easy. I followed the quantities exactly as written. I used blue cheese dressing and added about a 1/4 cup of extra blue cheese. Also used Frank's Redhot Buffalo wing sauce. I'll definitely make this again.

Always a crowd pleaser! I used 3 boneless chicken breasts, boiled & shredded. The best tasting bleu cheese I've come across is Marzetti's "Ultimate Bleu Cheese" (their Bistro Bleu Cheese is also really good) dressing which is fantastic. I cut the cream cheese to 1-1/2 blocks & used a full cup of Frank's Red Hot. I am originally from Buffalo, and agree 100% with other Buffalo reviewers - if you are aiming for a true hot wing taste - you MUST use bleu cheese over ranch! I did not mix shredded cheese into the dip itself, but rather just put it all on top. I'm taking it to a NY's Eve party tonight & will serve with Tostitos Scoops - I have found they are best for holding all that chicken! :)

Wow! Just hand me a spoon! This dip is awesome! I made it for our new years eve party tomorrow and tasted it cold. I will heat it up with more cheese on top, but it is so yummy! I used 1 1/2 lbs. of fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts and par boiled them for 30 minutes. Then I chopped the meat into very small pieces and sprinkled with about 1/2 of the bottle of hot sauce just to flavor the meat and stirred the rest of the sauce into the whole dip. I bought a 5 oz. bottle of Hooters Hot Sauce (not the wing sauce that has butter added) and that seemed to be just enough heat. I think it was close to 3/4 cup. I softened 16 oz. of cream cheese in the microwave, stirred in 1 cup of Ken's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, 1 cup of shredded colby-jack cheese and the chicken. I plan to bake it in a pyrex dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes as others have suggested, and will top it with more shredded cheese and bake until it's melted. I bought Chicken in a Biscuit crackers and have celery sticks to serve with the dip. I may pour the rest of the blue cheese dressing in a small bowl if people want to dip their celery sticks in that too. This is definitely a keeper!!
