This recipe was amazing! I very seldom give a recipe 5 stars, but this one deserves it. I wimped out a bit, and only used 1 cup of vinegar, and when the sauce ingredients were first added to the chicken in the pan, I thought it might be a bit too vicious. But after simmering, the flavors blended beautifully together. I saved almost 194 calories per serving by using splenda instead of sugar without compromising the flavor, and served it over brown rice. I think this dish could become addicting, and I'll have to have a "fix" every couple of weeks.
