This is an excellent soup recipe, I will definetely make again! I used milk instead of half and half, whch made the soup a bit thin, but I didn't mind it too much and will do that again.
One thing that I also did that REALLY added to the dish, was I cut up white corn tortillas in really thin strips and fried them myself. It was easy and was lightyears better than regular corn chips. I also served with homemade cornbread with honeybutter.
