This has a great flavor! Makes a lot, so be prepared for leftovers, but this recipe is so versatile, that I used the chicken for quesadillas the next day, and rolled in corn tortillas for chicken enchiladas the day after that. The kids loved it, and as a parent, there is no better review than your kids saying, "...I like this chicken mama..." I also used 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of half and half, I also used an entire jar of salsa (about 17 ozs). This will become a staple in my household! Five stars-good stuff.
