This recipe is definitely a keeper. I used chicken that was leftover from the night before and a can of diced tomatoes instead of stewed tomatoes. It was delicious and filling. My husband loved it. I will be making this again!

I added carrot, garlic, and onion. I also used fresh spinach instead of frozen. The sup was filling and really tassty. Using chicken I roasted ahead of time, it was so easy to prepare on a weeknight. Great idea for a quick meal.

This soup was very good. I used a large can of crushed tomatoes in place of the stewed tomatoes. I also used precooked chicken strips cut into cube-sized pieces, which made this recipe even faster and easier.

Excellent. I used left over chicken stock from chicken salad I had made. All of the spices and vegetables in the stock added to it

Really quick and easy. I used diced tomatoes with olive oil and garlic which added to the flavor. It was very tasty.

It's a cround pleaser!! I was a little bit scare to try this recipe at first because it had know reviews or rates, but it one my top 10 favorite soups! (We served it with breadsticks) Well I hope you enjoy!
