ok so it is just my husband and myself so I just use most recipes as an "idea"... I dumped one can of reduced sodium chicken broth, one can of veggie broth, one can of fire roasted tomatoes and shredded chicken from the night before... I had a bag of frozen tortellini so I put that it... no spinach in the freezer like I thought so I had to leave that out.... overall we will make this again and again, very good and so very easy!

This was something I threw together real quick when I unexpectedly had 3 teen boys to feed. I'm not a big soup fan, but this was fantastic!! The boys loved it too :)

Just ok. Probably won't make it again as the family didn't really enjoy it. Somewhat bland and too much spinach.

What a wonderful soup. Easy to make and very tasty. My fiance said he would never eat spinach. I proved him wrong.

Very easy and can be made and then saved in the fridge for later. I substituted canned tomatoes with garlic & herbs for some additional zip.

Very hearty soup. I also added carrots, 1 small zucchini and green pepper. I used a can of crushed tomatoes I had and omitted the spinach. the parmesan was a very nice touch. Green beans or white beans would be great too. Served with Peasant Bread.

This is a great recipe, one of the best soups I have made. I modified a bit by doubling the tortellini, adding about five cloves of garlic, and oregano. I also cooked the chicken in olive oil and did not drain before adding to the soup.

Made a few variations, added minced onion and garlic and thinly slice carrots and a little white wine, definitely a keeper, served with garlic breadsticks, great quick meal that tastes like you slaved all day!
