Didn't measure anything with this recipe. Added in white wine, used Penzey's Pasta Sprinkle (instead of individual spices). Barilla Plus Angel Hair noodles. I actually didn't try any of this, but the family didn't speak much during dinner, and we didn't have to fight with the kiddo's to get them to eat it!

4.5 stars! This was really good, really fast and really easy! I happened to have all the ingredients on hand, which is always nice. I used extra virgin olive oil, which gave it a really nice flavor. I also added the lemon juice to the pan before the butter and oil became hot, as I was leary of adding liquid to a pan of hot oil. I sauted the chicken for 5 minutes per side and did not touch them other than to flip them. They get a nice golden brown this way. I served it over whole wheat spaghetti. I think this would be even better if it were marinated in the lemon juice and herbs overnight with a touch of white wine and red pepper flakes added. Next time I plan to tweak it to be more like the dish at Olive Garden.

This recipe was really tasty! I added the white wine to chicken as was previously suggested, and it turned out great! The chicken was really moist and flavorful.

This was a great dish. I even got my picky boyfriend to eat it! As previously suggested, I added wine and had to add more salt than recommended, but will definitely make this one again!

This is a great tasting, yet simple recipe! I added a little chicken broth, cracked red pepper, and topped with fresh parmesan cheese at the end.

Fantastic! I did double the spices, but think it should be about 1 1/2x. Thanks!

My huband is great...but he's hard to please when it comes to food. But I'm happy to say that he loved this recipe. I didn't measure anything, I just estimated how much I needed (best way to make your dish a success). At the very end, I sprinkled Parmesan cheese and a splash of lemon juice.

This was scrumptious over angel hair pasta! Because some reviewers complained that it was bland, I cooked an entire sliced onion in the butter/olive oil and doubled the spices and lemon juice. The family loved it - they said "I don't know what's in this sauce, but I want some more!" I'll probably be making it again tomorrow night.

This is soooo good. It is so quick, easy, and very very satisfying. I made it twice in one day (lunch, then dinner) because I loved it that much. I made this with spaghetti noodles the first time and fettuccine the second. Better with the fettuccine because it downplayed all that oil/butter better (thicker noodles). Will definitely make again (and again!)

I added mushrooms to the base right away to sautee and then also added tomatoes at the end. I served it over rice and it was delicious!

I just finished cooking it and it's......TOOO OILY! U definitely need to add white cooking wine. U can use the recipe as starting point but u gotta add ur own twist to it. The Olive Garden chicken scampi recipe is on the money.

We did not care for this at all. Chicken swimming in oil. Read the recipe over after we tried to eat it, followed to a "T".
