This recipe was VERY Good. My husband loved it & he is very picky. I did cut the butter & oil in half & added 1/2 cup broth. I fixed broccoli & rice a roni to go with it. I will definetely be fixing this one again....

Very good chicken scampi recipe. I took the advice of others and made the following changes: coated the chicken with flour, added an extra clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1/2 white wine, small sliced tomato. This was better the second time when I added a small sliced onion. Enjoy!

Very easy recipe and super good. My husband said four stars because five is reserved for the ones that make you scream when you eat it. :)

5 stars all the way. My husband loved it and has already requested it again. I did change it up some. Use same about of butter half the oil and doubled all of the spices. After cooked I mixed some cooked angle hair pasta into the pan with the chicken. Easy weeknight meal but would also be great for company. Thanks for an awsome new recipe.

This dish got me rave comments.I made it for eight and was told it tasted like the one from Olive Garden. I added some fresh garlic and more butter for a creamy sauce then served it over angel hair pasta. So easy and so good I will be making it more often

We really liked this one! I doubled the scampi sauce and added 1 cup of white wine & a little crushed red pepper for some heat. Served over pasta with "Bread Machine Focaccia" recipe from this site. Great quick meal that will be repeated often! Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Very good recipe. I doubled the sauce. It was a tiny bit too salty so I will cut back a little and add it after if needed. I used Smart Balance also. Will definitely make again.

This was good, but not great. I tried three new recipes this week and this one was the third favorite. Followed the recipe as written and it seemed bland. Probably won't make again.

I made this using others' suggestions... I doubled the sauce (actually only used 3/4C of butter instead of 1) and used a 1/2 cup of white wine. I also used fresh herbs instead of dried. The sauce really was delicious... of course very rich, but delicious. My problem had nothing to do flavor but more with the combination of that rich sauce and chicken. The recipe SOUNDED like it would be really good but in reality the combination of the super-rich sauce and the chicken just didn't do it for me. For lack of another word, the chicken seemed too HEAVY for such a rich sauce. For leftovers i'll use the sauce over pasta alone and probably cut the chicken up into a salad. Would be willing to try it with shrimp ... if I made it again I'd add more spices as well as it was a bit bland. Maybe more salt/wine/lemon/basil. Not more garlic!

This recipe calls for an incredible amount of butter! And I added a hearty spoonful of Country Crock garlic butter. It was tasty, but didn't have enough "oomph." Maybe because I omitted some of the herbs we don't like: basil and oregano. Buttery sauce was tasty on pasta.

Nothing special, I doubled the sauce as suggested by other people which was very necessary. I think it would have been better if the chicken was marinated or with shrimp. all in all probably won't make again.

This was really good.. although I felt super guilty eating it! I followed the recipe as is, but I doubled the garlic and the lemon. I also addeded shrimp, ground black pepper, crushed red pepper, and fresh Parmesan. After cooking, I transfered everything to a baking dish and added some mozz. cheese and baked it... delicious!

I thought this was a great recipe. This is what I always order at Olive Garden. I added red, yellow, and green pepper and onion. I would almost double the sauce recipe because when I tossed with pasta it was slightly dry. Everyone has their own tastes when it comes to how much sauce you like. Great recipe : )
