I simmered the marinade to make a sauce for this and found it was really too salty. Overall a pretty good recipe though, might make again. (I also used less citrus than the recipe called for which was probably a good idea.)

Um, not very good! I could taste the lime, I could taste the peanut butter, but the curry was way overpowering! The flavors somehow did not meld together. And while it was juicy on the inside it was very dry on the surface. I would recommend some kind of basting.

It was really good I made it twice already. Using garlic cloves can be too garlicy but instead i sub with garlic salt and the taste was much better. You dont need to marinate overnight a good 5 hours is enough.

Way too strong/salty. Nothing like satay. Edible though.

This was really good, but maybe a little too peanut buttery for my tastes.

This was really good. I did a couple different things. I added grated ginger to the marinade and cut the chicken into bite sized peices. Instead of grilling them on skewers I sauteed it in seseame oil (not too much though) and green onion. I used it for lettuce wraps. was soooo delicious. I will definatly be making these again. YUM!

I didn't have curry powder so I left it out and I just poached chicken breast. I served the chicken on lettuce leaves with chopped cashews and Asian sweet and spicy chili sauce and they were so delicious.

Better than any Thai restaurant we've been to. We love having our own family Thai night and this is one dish we all get involved in helping out. We have a blast and what awesome way to share quality fun time!

I've made this for my last two parties and my guests love it. They try to identify the ingredients, then when they can't quite figure it out, they ask me what's in it. It is so easy to make and has unbelievable flavor. This will be my favorite party Hors d'oeuvre. By the way, I didn't change a thing about this recipe, just made it "as is". It is perfect.

This was easy, delicious, and much less expensive than going out for Thai food. I live in an apartment and don't have a grill, so I broiled it in my oven and it turned out great. I served it with lemon ginger rice.
