Another 5 star rating! We used this recipe as the base for a "build your own" dinner. Each family member customized his/her own before the cooking step. We had sliced black olives, salsa verde, chopped chile peppers, and hot sauce as "add-ons." Served with salsa, sour cream and refried beans.

Very yummy and super simple! I used a bag of frozen pepper stir-fry instead of the onions and peppers and it worked great. My kids loved them too!

My family loves these. I also had the soggy bottom problem, so I brush a little olive oil on the tortillas before I pop them in the oven. That makes them nice and crispy!

The flavour of these were great, but the bottoms of my quesadillas were soggy. Next time I will cook them in a hot dry frypan to make sure both sides of the tortillas crisp. Served them at a tex-mex dinner with Corn and Avocado Salsa recipe from this site, sour cream, guacamole, salsa and shredded cheese. Yum!

Very good. I didn't use the fajita seasoning. Instead, I used salsa (I prefer the flavour) We loved these!

Really good! I used shredded pre-cooked chicken that was already seasoned. I used 1 red pepper & 1 green pepper also. Good flavor.

These were really, really good. We used only one pepper each instead of two and real crumbled bacon instead of bacon bits. We topped them with sour cream and mild taco sauce. Excellent! Thanks!

Very good and very tasty! We'll definitely make these again. Next time I will spread olive oil on the tortillas when baking them to keep the them from getting crunchy/dried out. I also topped them with salsa and sour cream. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!!

Wonderful!! My family devoured these quickly. We used whle grain tortillas and I accidentally forgot to add the bacon bits, and they were great! I will definitely make these again, so much better than bland, greasy, plain-cheese quesadillas.

this has become a family 'do-over' and its so easy and delicious! I've even changed it up a bit and spread refried beans on the tortilla before filling it.

This is fantasic. If you like a more crispy outside, I like to put it on the skillet after I put it in the oven.

These are THE BEST quesadillas I've ever made! I used to make the Campbell's soup recipe but these were so much better and everything stayed together and there was no mess! I add a little red onion for color and flavor but that was it! Loved it!
