Will be making these again. Couldn't add the peppers or onions due to picky family but they were great with just the chicken and the cheese.

We loved these! I used taco seasoning instead of fajita, and just cooked the chicken and vegetables in the oil instead of broiling the chicken. Very easy and yummy!

We thought these were yummy! I used one green one yellow and one orange pepper. I also didn't have any fijata seasoning so I made my oun. With chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, lime pepper, onion powder and a few other things. The result was a very tasty dinner that the whole family liked. Thanks Heather!

Freakin great, I loved it and I used simulated chicken. First time having it and making it. I used Kraft's Mozarella Singles for cheese and it was sooo good. Use the Quesadillas Jalapeno Spread from allrecipes.

these needed a little something.they was to dry.me and my family love taco bells quesadillas.so what i added to this one is omit the onions and add a can of tomatoes and green chillies and refried beans.BUT the main ingredient is cheese wizz.cover the flour tortilla with cheese wizz and put it on top of the other one after you toped it with the other goodies or fold it if you like and spray your pan befor you put them in the oven with pam.and i also freeze the left overs.

I used chicken I had baked previously and Sargento Mexican cheese, along with sauteed onions. I brushed the tops of the tortillas with butter and baked them - they were fabulous! Husband still prefers grilled, but for a quick and easy meal, these were great.

OOOH so good! This is one of those dishes that everyone can agree on. I followed the directions exactly. I also tried it with shredded beef instead of chicken and that was just as good.

These were good, but probably better for a snack than a meal. Also, I might use taco seasoning on the chicken next time instead of the fajita seasoning that gave it a little bit of an aftertaste. Otherwise, though, we enjoyed this recipe, and I am glad to have made extra for lunch tomorrow.

These were great, and very easy! I don't think broiling the chicken is necessary. I just sauteed the chicken n the pan with the onions and peppers. I also added some diced tomatoes to the filling. Yummy!!

Wow, I wont be ordering these out again...they taste so much better made at home, and really aren't a lot of trouble to make! I also add in some fresh sliced mushrooms, and always use real bacon (not the bits)...throw a couple of slices in the microwave, and wallah!!! I serve it with fresh homemade salsa and guacamole!

Really good recipe Heather, but I did play around with this a bit. I sauteed the peppers and added green onion instead of the white. I then added the chicken to the pan rather than broiling. Just because we love them, I threw in a can of refried beans to the mix. From there I treated this kind of like a Mexican grilled cheese sandwich. Topped one tortilla with the filling, placed another tortilla on top and fried in a tiny bit of oil in the skillet. Kids and hubby garnished with homemade guacamole, sour cream and taco sauce. "Sweetie Pie" immediately declared this a four star recipe and that's coming from someone who's not overly fond of Mexican food. Thanks so much Heather!
