These were very good but be sure the salsa and sour cream are on the table with the quesadillas. They take it right over the top!!! ;o)

Loved this! Smelled great while cooking, too. Maybe a little too much cheese (can't believe I said that - is there such a thing?) and to me, the bacon bits didn't really make-it-or-break-it. Really good recipe that I will use over and over!

Too much fajita seasoning! You are better off using taco seasoning or creating your own seasoning. I added fajita seasoning and ended up throwing the chicken away beacuse it was way too salty. I made more chicken adding garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. I added salsa and cheese to the mixture before baking the quesadillas. I left out the peppers and bacon bits. My husband loved them!

When I used to work as a cook, we made our quesadilla mix with cooked cubed chicken, diced peppers, onions, sauteed adn then mixed with bullseye bbq sauce. It was very good...

Delicious and easy to make! I followed along with the receipe except I swapped Pepper Jack for Monterey Jack and skipped the bacon. I served it alongside chicken tortilla soup for a crowd-pleasing dinner.

I made these quesadillas a while back with my boyfriend and they turned out amazing! We did make a few changes: omitted the bacon and changed up the cheeses, we used a mexican blend that has quesadilla and monterey jack I do believe. We also added a few spices to the chicken, but I couldn't tell you what: my boyfriend has a habit of getting 'spice happy' and adding whatever he feels would be awesome. They turned out really great though! Definately will make again!

Awesome!! I marinaded the chicken in Grill Mates Chipolte Pepper all afternoon, then grilled them on the foreman. Then cubed the chicken and mixed it in with green and red peppers, diced green chilies and one can of rotell with green chilies. Used a mexican blend of cheese. Turned out awesome and now I have lunch for the week as well!! They reheat wonderfully!!

Very good. Husband and the kids loved it. Buttered the shells to make them crispy, but might want to turn over during cooking for crispy shell on both sides. I used Hormel real bacon bits. Also warms up well for leftovers.

Very good! I cooked the chicken first, on the foreman grill, then diced, and added to the pepper/onion mix, only then adding the seasoning (which,it's super easy to make your own). I didn't fold them in half, I find it much easier to just use two, and layer them. The kids like these because "they're like taco pizzas!"

These quesadillas are delicious. I make them exactly as the recipe states except I omit the bacon bits ~ we're not fans of bacon. When we're done with dinner I always wish I had more for lunch the next day, as there are NEVER any left overs. Next time I'll have to remember to make a double recipe! Oh ~ It is only my husband, 3 year old daughter and I so I half the recipe as stated to accommodate our little family. Everyone loves it, even my daughter gobbles these quesadillas up! Yummy!!!

This is very close to the recipe I use to make quesadillas. My family likes "heat" so I use a chipotle seasoning instead of the fajita seasoning. I also use chiles instead of green peppers. I have never tried cooking these in the oven. I usually spread a thin layer of margarine on the tortillas and then cook them on my nonstick griddle on the stove. I've never had any soggy quesadillas using this method. I serve these with sour cream, salsa, and fresh guacamole. Delicioso!

Not as memorable as we'd expected. Kids indifferent, as was I. Wife enjoyed quite a bit, however. If I did make again, would simply insert ingredients in soft tortilla, and eat like a taco.

Excellent! I made these and they tasted SO GOOD! I sauteed mushrooms, peppers, and onions then toppede the ready to bake quesos with jalapeno monterey jack cheese. I made chicken and spinach ones for my son as he doesn't like peppers. Topped them off with sour cream and fresh salsa! Gotta try em no sense ordering them at Mexican restaurants when you can make them at home....they taste so much better!!!! Great recipe THANKS!
