This was pretty tasty. Used Italian seasoning II as another reader suggested. Very simple!

OK-so I changed this recipe a bit. I coated the chicken with mayo and then dipped in Italian bread crumbs. I then took the Italian dressing and seasoning and drizzled over entire dish, along with the parmesan cheese. I made a big mistake by adding raw green beans and baby red potatoes (I thought that covering the dish for a half hour would help cook them faster-I was wrong). Both came out only partially cooked. Next time I will boil for a few minutes before sticking in oven. The chicken came out great and so did the green beans and potatoes after a little more heating in the micro.

This was awesome. I boiled the potatoes about 10 minutes and used raw chicken pieces. I also added some broccoli to the mix just to make a complete dinner. I used the Italian dressing mix recipe from this site like one other reviewer. This was really really good. Everybody in my picky house loved it!

The recipe was a hit at our house; the only problem we had was the potato cooking time. It needed an hour or more even with small potato chunks. I marinated the potatoes for a few hours before we cooked them and the flavor was amazing!

We LOVED this recipe!! I used all chicken thighs because that's what I had, and Kraft Tuscan Italian dressing. It was probably the most flavorful dish I have ever gotten from this site! Even my 16 month old toddler finished her plate.. and that hardly ever happens these days! The only down side is that the potatoes did not get tender once the chicken was done. I will take advice from other reviewers next time and cook them a bit in the microwave first. Thanks for such an amazing, easy recipe!

I had packaged sliced potatoes I needed to use, and searched for something similar to an old recipe of my mom's that she called Chicken Italian. This is different but very yummy. I broke with the Italian theme by marinating in Mojo Criollo for 30 minutes (we love the flavor boost; adding some lime to the dressing may have a similar effect). Followed the rest of the instructions closely, including using zesty Italian dressing. Our taste buds were dancing! Thank you!

I only used this recipe to make the chicken,(bone-in breasts only). It made very flavorful and moist chicken. I cooked the chicken covered for 30 mins., and uncovered for 35 mins. Very good and I will use this recipe again.

Having been sick with the flu for the past week, I needed something that was easy, quick and nutritious for the family. This recipe certainly did the trick. I used bonesless, skinless chicken breasts. Because of that, the cook time was not near that of the original recipe. Only complaint from family was that it tasted too much like Italian dressing. Next time I will halve the amount called for It was a tasty and easy recipe. This will definitely go into my rotation.

Very good, a something different than cream of chicken soup and potato recipes. So easy to put together too, which I love! I had some country style hashbrowns (cubed potatoes) in my freezer so I thought I'd see how that worked. It was a 24oz bag, I used the whole thing, and I also used 6-10 chicken tenders. I sprinkled onion powder and garlic powder on the chicken, then dumped a full cup of Italian dressing over the potatoes and chicken. Then sprinkled the parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings over the chicken. I didn't measure it, just covered the chicken with it, mmmm. It came out better than I ever expected!

Great easy dinner. I did increase the temp to 375 and still had to bake it for nearly 1.5 hours (uncovered the last 15 minutes to brown). I used very thick boneless skinless chicken breasts. To make it healthier I used Light dressing and just added a little sea salt and cracked pepper. Next time I will let the chicken marinate in the dressing for a while before baking. No additions were needed, but I think I will add some baby carrots next time. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Excellent recipe! Tried it tonight for dinner, and whole family loved it. I added a chopped onion and 4 chopped carrots. Instead of Italian salad dressing I used "Sundried Tomato and Oregano" dressing (from Kraft) and added about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Will definitely make again!

This is very tasty without all the hassle. Prep time is very quick. I took the advice from others and microwaved my potato to soften them slightly. The only thing I added in addition to what the recipe called for was alittle garlic salt. I CAN NOT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME WE DID NOT HAVE LEFT OVERS! I will definately make again.

This recipe is very easy and good for a quick supper. I only had regular baking potatoes, so I cut them into small bite sized cubes and microwaved them with a bit of chicken broth until "al dente" before baking. My kids loved the chicken but were picky about the potatoes. You could bake chicken breasts or thighs with this "sauce" and then serve with mashed potatoes (my kids love) or even orzo or noodles.

This was really good. I used a bottled Italian Dressing, but next time I think I'll make my own dressing, it would probably taste even better. I marinated my chicken for a few hours before I cooked it, and I just drizzled some extra dressing over the potatoes, and topped with a little more parmesan cheese than was called out in the recipe. The chicken took about 45 minutes to cook, but the potatoes took about 15 minutes extra. I just took the chicken out and put it in the microwave on "hold warm" while the potatoes finished cooking. The chicken came out really tender, and the potatoes were perfect. My husband liked it also. Great recipe, I will be making it again.
