Very delicious sauce! In the future, I will mix veggie/chicken mixture with sauce and then place in pie shell. Next time I'll bake 8 minutes less. Overall a very delicious recipe. Will be making again very soon.

I love this recipe. To make it quick on a weeknight, I use a rotisserie chicken, and chop up just the breasts (save the rest for another meal). I use Pillsbury refrigerated crusts. For the veggies, I use a bag of Steamfresh mixed veggies (carrots, peas, grean beans and corn), microwaved a minute less than the directions called for so they won't overcook. I peel, cube and microwave a potato for a minute with 1 T of water. All of this substitutes for step 2. Then I go to step 3 and make the sauce according to the recipe. When the sauce is finished, add the chicken, mixed veggies and potato, stir it up and pour into the pie shell. Cover with the top crust, vent and pop it in the oven. Really delicious!!

SO, I'm sure like everyone you're pretty skeptical about these recipes...let me tell you...SO GOOD!! I made my own crust (2cups flour, 2/3cups butter, 1tsp salt, few tablespoons of water)...YUM, so flaky!! I was going to void the celery seed but let me tell you, I added it and I think it REALLY made a difference! I did double the creamy part of the pie and it worked out perfectly! My mother in law was astonished it came out wonderfully! We will DEFINITELY be making this again!!!

I made this for me and my husband. This was by far the best chicken pot pie I've ever tasted. I boiled all the veggies and chicken, added a cup more of chicken broth and 1/4 tsp of garlic powder;
