SOOOOO great. I've been making this exact recipe for 2 years for my husband. He loves it very much. This was the first 'real meal' I ever learned how to cook. It's right up there with the Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken recipe on here.

Very good and simple recipe. I made it along with the "Rich Pasta for the Poor Kitchen" recipe from this site and it was a perfect meal for 2! Will definitely be making this again!

I made this recipe a few days ago and it was great. I was simple and easy to make. My fiance picked out his favorite tomato sauce to use and it turned out yummy. I would definetly make this again

so bland - needed garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, and basil in the bread crumb mixture for a better taste.

This recipe is very easy and very good. We added garlic and herbed flavored crackers instead of regular bread crumbs and could tell a difference. I will definitely use this recipe again.

Great recipe! Used a jar of Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce and is was perfect. Next time I think I'll try other reviewer's idea of having the chicken on a rack to make it more crispy.

i gave this five stars because it was super easy to make. i think four stars on the taste. not because it wasn't delicious, but because i am not a big chicken parmigiana kinda girl. therefore, five stars overall. i covered the chicken in garlic powder and italian seasonings after coating with the bread crumbs. i also used italian bread crumbs and half mozzarella and half parmesan cheeses. will definitely make this again. thanks!

This recipe was just "okay" in my opinion. I don't like using the jarred spaghetti sauce, and the breading really wasn't thick enough. Also, I never put the breaded chicken swimming in the sauce when making chicken parmigiana. It's a really good way to turn your breaded chicken into soggy chicken. Instead, I just assemble it, and let the cheese melt on it's own. I will say one thing for it, it was quick and easy.

This is gonna be one of those it’s a good recipe when you completely change it reviews. I did originally follow the recipe and the chicken tasted like it had been in breaded in cardboard. It just was not appetizing. However there is a great breaded chicken recipe on this site, garlic chicken. Made this simple and easy and oh so TASTY. I got great reviews. Here is what I did. Took ¼ cup olive oil with 3 cloves garlic crushed and heated in microwave for 30 sec. Then coated the chicken in the oil and dipped in a mixture of ½ Italian seasoned bread crumbs and ½ parmesan cheese (double coat if u like thick breading). Cooked in oven at 325 for 20min (on a foil covered cookie sheet to make clean up easy). Set them in a casserole dish on top of about ½ a jar of spaghetti sauce for 3 chicken breast. Covered the breast with slices of mozzarella cheese and baked for another 20-25 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese. This turned out really really yummy and smells sooo good while it’s cooking.

My husband said the chiken needs to be juicier, but we liked it a lot! As others suggested, I added basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the bread crumbs. I was going to, but I forgot to add parmesan cheese in there... I added the second half of the sauce and the cheeses after 15 minutes of the second baking time. Will make this again!
