This dish is delicious. My honey and I cooked this meal for his family last night and we had everyone begging for seconds. And I would not have believed that this was so simple to make. What we did differently was that we made home made tomato sauce but I'm sure that the prepared sauce workes just fine. Then we used a purchased bag of blended white cheeses from our grocery store.(Provolone, Mozzerella, Parmasean, and Romano)for the toppings but only the Parm cheese for the bread crumb mixture. Also, we didn't pound the meat, we bought it filet style from the butchers and we didn't let the chicken rest for 15 mins because we were hungry!!!! Also we didn't sift the flour on to the chicken, we just flipped it on a plate of flour to cover each side. So we cut alot of prep work. but like I said, it was delicious.
