INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 4 Tyson® Individually Fresh Frozen Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash hands. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Spray a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high. Add chicken and cook about 10 minutes, turning frequently; drain and discard juices.
  2. Add margarine, paprika, onion, salt and pepper to skillet with chicken; stir to mix well. Cook over medium heat about 3 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in soup and water; cover and cook over medium-low heat 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done (internal temp 180 degrees F).
  4. Remove from heat and stir yogurt into sauce.

FOOTNOTES

  • SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve chicken and sauce with cooked egg noodles and steamed asparagus spears. Refrigerate leftovers.
  • TIP
  • To substitute Tyson Fresh Chicken Thighs, simply decrease cooking time by about one-third. The recipe is also delicious made with fresh or frozen boneless, skinless breasts.
