This made delicious and juicy chicken. I will make this again. I don't have children so I'm not sure how a picky kid would like it. My fiance and I enjoyed it!!

Very good chicken. I used chicken breasts because thats what my hubby prefers. Next time I will try it with thighs. Very easy to make!

Although I found this recipe very flavourful I would suggest fresh oregano and a touch of fresh basil. Other than that it's great.

my family loved this dish. it was terrific cold for our picnic with pasta salad, tossed salad, and iced tea! the chicken is neat, not messy, to eat with one's fingers. the flavor of herb and lemon is subtle but delightful.
