The whole family loves this recipe. It's great comfort food. I cut back on the butter in the crackers and it's still just as yummy!

Very good recipe and super easy to make. I actually put my chicken to cook that a.m. in my crock pot....so when I got home I had plenty(for other uses also). Very easy to throw togther and yummy! The only thing I changed was using the Healthy Choice line of the creamed soups instead of the full fat ones and it was great.

This was incredible! I couldn't help but tweak it a little since there was such great opportunity for flavor enhancement. I sprinkled the chicken w/ kosher salt & fresh grnd pepper and spinach & herb seasoning that I get from Tastefully Simple...but you could use any herbs you like. Then I browned it over fairly high heat in butter and olive oil, removed the chicken and set aside. Added about 1/2 cup chicken broth to the pan and scraped up all those yummy bits, then added the chicken back to the pan and covered & cooked till done. Remove chicken and reduce broth by half (1/4 cup). I cooked the noodles in water and the remaining chicken broth from the can, drained & added the cut chicken to the noodles. Mixed cr. of chicken w/ herbs soup & mush soup w/ sour cream & added the reduction. Mixed that w/ a little more herb seasoning. Added chicken & noodles & combined well. Topped w/ shredded chedder and cracker crumb mixture. WOW! My husband ate 3/4 of the casserole and my children LOVED it! A definate add to the rotation! Thanks!

Very tasty, and was well received by my family. I do think it could benefit by some fresh herbs, but that is probably just me. Update: In making this a second time I added some garlic powder and some onion powder and my family went ga-ga.

The only changes I made in this recipe was adding Peas and Carrots, and my husband and I found it to be pretty bland. It definantly needs more spices, It was okay but not worth the time it took to prepare, I will not make it again.

I didn't have any crackers for the topping so instead I put it into a 13x9 dish, poured the melted butter on top, and spooned 12 biscuits on top. I also added a little garlic to the soups. It turned out to be a very good dish. Even my picky 1 1/2 year old devoured it!!! Very good. Thanks a bunch!

This is a wonderful base to expand upon and make a really good casserole. I cooked frozen chicken breasts and the condensed soups (One of the cans was a Campbell's mushroom with garlic) together in a crock pot for a few hours on "high", then shredded the chicken. I took bits and pieces of advice from other reviewers, adding sauteed mushrooms, onions, garlic, peas and some Parmesan cheese. I also used a garlic/parsley flavored noodle. Even with all the additions, the flavors were not overpowering at all, so be prepared to tinker if you want don't want a pretty bland product!

Wow! This is a delicious recipe! Big hit with the husband! We ended up having it 3 weeks in a row! The only modifications I made; 3 chicken breasts instead of 4 (that's how many I had), extra noodles 7-8 oz. to make up for the chicken, some garlic powder, and I soaked some minced onion and added them along with some chopped carrots, and extra crackers. The extra noodles and onions are great! You could add almost any veggies to this...can't mess it up! Yum!

I started making it and realized I had no sour cream and it was pouring outside so I made it with what I had on hand. I put half a can of milk in the mixture and I pureed some califlower with a splash of milk in my magic bullet. I did this mainly because I have a SUPER picky toddler who wont eat vegetables so I hide them in her food when I can. I didnt saute the cracker crumbs in butter, Instead I used about a cup of cheese on top of the casserole and then crumbed some ritz crackers on top of that (my toddler helped with this part). smelled really good. I pulled it out of the over early as it started to dry out. next time i will add alittle more milk of make sure i have sour cream on hand. all in all a good easy meal. the ultimate test to me is if my daughter will eat it...and she did! so it get 5 stars just for that alone!!

I didn't love this, but my hubby gave it rave reviews, that's why I gave it 5 stars. He's pretty picky. I added some garlic salt and onion powder to it before I baked it (in a 9X9) pan, and I still found it to be lacking something. I'm not a huge fan of poached chicken, so maybe I'll brown the chicken next time and see if it works out to be a little tastier to me.

I made this meal for a new idea for my household with two full grown men and a little girl whom are picky eaters. It turned out to be one of the best dinners they couldn't get enough and neither could I. I definitely give this meal 5 stars or even better.!!!!
