I probably shouldn't give this 5 stars, because I won't ever make it as is (I don't like tomatoes), so I have to rate it as I made it. Instead of tomatoes, I used mushrooms, which with the cream sauce, turned out more like cream of mushroom soup. It was DELICIOUS!! My husband said he thought he'd like it better with mushrooms than tomatoes. The chicken was tender and juicy and we loved it! I forgot to do step 3 (next time, I'm sure it'll add even more dimension to an already excellent recipe)! And instead of fettuccine, I served it over the broken spaghetti risotto recipe from this site. This one's a keeper, for sure!
