EXCELLENT!!! I added 1/2 cup Asiago cheese gradually to the sauce as it began to boil, added the diced up chicken and allowed the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes. I also used the bow-tie pasta and combined the sauce/pasta just before serving. Everyone raved about the great combination of flavors, especially with the sundried tomatoes.

Ok, I am going to have to agree with everyone else. This recipe is great!! My family loved it. I followed the recipe but added a little Parmesan as suggested. My kids don't like the tomato's so I strained them out and put them on the side. That way I can have all the tomato's I like and the kids still eat. Super Yummy!!

Very good but not nearly enough sauce. Will double the next time. Flavor subtle but nice. Will make again only doubling the sauce.

Absolutely delicious!!! The boyfriend (who has this weird pasta phobia I'm working on fixing) inhaled the dish. I definitely recommend doubling the sauce but keeping the amount of tomatoes the same. I ended up mixing in a little flour to thicken the sauce to my taste. I chopped up the chicken and used a short pasta, bowties, instead. You can either pour the sauce over the pasta or mix the 2 together and serve. Either way, the end result looked really pretty.

My family can be impossible to please - so many picky eaters. This recipe was declared by ALL to be the best I've ever made! I was only sorry not to have doubled it!

We thought this recipe was delicious. I prepared the recipe with the ingredients as written and took the suggestion of another reviewer and just prepared the chicken & sauce using one pan. I first cooked the chicken, removed to a platter and covered w/foil to keep warm. I then poured off the fat and made the sauce in the same pan using all chicken broth at once, etc. I did not find it necessary to double the sauce or thicken it in any way. It thickens itself with the cream as it reduces and we found that there was plenty of sauce for four servings. It is not the intent of this recipe to be oozing in sauce. The sun dried tomatoes just made this recipe for me....so deliciously sweet. I will definitely be making this one again and would not hesitate to make this for guests.

This recipe was a hit and I will make it again. Love garlic so, I added a few more cloves, used half & half (all I had) sauted mushrooms in butter, added these. I did thicken the sauce with corn starch but, after cooking awhile I don't think that was necessary. I doubled the recipe after reading reviews and if the portions are kept small there is enough sauce using the original recipe. Even though, this sauce has delicious flavor, and as good as some of my favotite Itilian restaurants I cooked two more chicken breasts as I had plenty of sauce left over(after doubling the recipe) and now have another meal for two. Can't wait to have left overs. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Love this dish. Great for company!

I follwoed the directions exact except for doubling the sauce. Its was good but needed a bit more flavor. Excellent starting point. Will make again but will play around with more herbs.

This is awesome!!! My husband loved it!!! I did double the recipe though as others recommended. At a local restaurant they have something very similar to this but using lobster so I think next time I'll try that just to try it.

A wonderful recipe! Followed the recipe exactly! Wishing that the recipe made more sauce, but how much heavy cream should people consume?

My family really liked this dish alot. I added onions but other than that I followed the recipe. I doubled the ingredients and I'm glad I did because we had just enough for the 4 of us(2 of us went back for more)so I guess that counts for 6. My son said this one's a keeper.

This was absolutely awesome!!! The flavors of everything together made our anniversary dinner a big hit. I used knorr chicken powder to make my broth to add a richer stock. We put this in the "keeper" file!!

While this recipe was very good - I agree wit mot of the others that you need twice as much sauce. I, also, added some tomato sauce and wine to the sauce; which I believe enhanced this recipe. My husband loed the favor of the chicken! I will make again with changes.

I thought this was a very good meal. Even my Hubby liked it! I over cooked the sauce the first time, so you only have to cook the sauce about 5 minutes. I also added my own seasoning and left the sauce on the side so everyone could put their own sauce on without over doing it. I will cook this again.

I thought this recipe was ok...I've made much better pasta sauce in the past. It was WAY too thin! There was no cornstarch, flour or parmesean cheese to thicken the sauce...I just don't get it and I am NOT a beginner. ?
