This was a wonderful recipe and so easy to make on a week-day evening. The only ingredient change I made was to substitute homogenized milk for cream, reducing the fat significantly. As this made for a thinner sauce, I added the sauce directly to the cooked pasta, stirred to coat and let it sit on low heat for a few minutes. I sliced the chicken and added it to the pasta and sauce, and before serving, grated fresh parmesan on top of the plates of Chicken Milano. Yummy!

This recipe was excellent. I couldn't believe how much my husband loved it. I try not to make changes the first time I make a recipe but I broke my rule and instead of using broth at the end I added white wine and reduced it down a bit. Excellent!

I took the advice of other reviewers and added mushrooms to the sun dried tomatoes (in oil). I also added some pinot grigio to help the sauteing and add flavor. cooked everything else as the recipe states except I added some parmesan cheese with the basil and let simmer for a few moments before serving over the pasta.

I make this for a dinner party (16 peeps). I found that this turned out fairly decent. I did use the sun-dried tomatoes in oil (Costco has a huge jar for $7, note though it comes with garlic and some seasoning). I think it still worked okay, I know there was a bit more oil in the sauce that there should have been, but didn't have issues with separation when warm. Since I had to use 4c, I think if I ever make this again with tomatoes in oil, I'll chop them in the food processor to get them smaller. I also brined the chicken beforehand - turned out perfect.

This recipe was pretty good. I am giving it three stars because a dish has to be very good to justify that many calories, in my opinion. I have made other pasta recipes that are just as good without the calories.

This recipe is amazing. I doubled the sauce so that the noodles could really soak it up. Also, added fresh mushrooms at the same time I added the sundried tomatoes. I will make again and again! Thanks for a great recipe

This was really great! I did substitute canned tomatoes for the sundried version and drained them a bit.I also used an egg wash and dredged my chicken in seasoned flour first. It was so good and something we will make again and again. My daughters fought over the leftovers.

DELICIOUS! The most simple chicken recipe I've ever made. I did not broil my chicken, simply turned on the oven to 375. I used chicken breast halves, and flipped them over midway through the cooking process. I cooked for about 10 minutes. The sauce from the pan is delicious for dipping, too :)

Excellent, even though I didn't have any fresh basil, so I had to use dry. My personal pasta preference is angel hair, so used that instead. My husband raved about it and said it could be on the menu at a high end restaurant. I will definitely be making this again and would serve it to company.

This was sooo good! With some fresh baked bread and a side salad, we felt like we were at a restaraunt. I didn't follow the instructions exactly. I did use sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil and it turned out great. I sauted the tomatoes and garlic for just a minute and added the broth. I added the cream shortly after that. Once the cream sauce had reduced a bit, I added the fresh basil. I also added my chicken to the sauce for the last couple minutes. I tossed the fettucini and sauce together in a big bowl and we all ate family style. Great recipe!!

The flavors are very good, but the cream separated in the sauce and it didn't look incredibly appetizing.

This is absolutely delicious. I only had oil packed dried tomatoes, but I just drained the oil and skipped the step of cooking them, since they were already moist. Have shared this with several others and they love it too. A real plate scraper.

EXCELLENT!!! I can't say enough good things about this dish. My husband said it was the best pasta dish he's ever had, hands down. Every member of my picky family gobbled it up. I made a double batch for my family of 7, and combined it all into the skillet at the end. I coated the pasta with half the sauce, and added a spoonful of cornstarch to thicken the remainder of the sauce before spooning it over the individual servings. Love it, love it, love it!
