This recipe was awesome!!! I did take the advise of others. I did half and half with olive oil and sundried tomato oil, added italian seasoning with the chicken (along w/everything else the recipe called for), and sauted the chicken w/the oil/chicken broth, basil then added it all with the cream sauce. The vegetable I used was steamed asparagus. My kids are very picky and they loved it!!!

My husband and 6 yr old hated it, but my 9 yr old and I had seconds. I thought it was very good and easy. I did use whole milk instead of cream, just because I didn't have any and forgot to buy some.

This was sooo yummy!. My 9-year-old was hesitant to try it and then asked for seconds. Next time I will double the sauce so that I have leftovers.

I sauteed the chicken breasts in the dried tomato oil and broth. Also, I added chopped mushrooms and parmesan cheese to the sauce. To thicken the sauce I added 3tbsp of cornstarch. I also substituted Italian seasoning for the basil. The meal was a smashing success!

This was pretty good. It was actually a little better the 2nd day because the flavors really came out like most Italian food. I did follow the recipe basically as called for.

Very tasty! Great flavor, moist chicken my family loved it we will definitely make again. I had to substitute milk and cornstarch for the heavy cream (thought I had some and I didn't). Next time I will follow the recipe.

I used evaporated skim milk instead of cream and whole wheat spaghetti instead of fettuccine to make it a little healthier. It was still very tasty. Will definitely make again.

I loved this! The flavors of the ingredients melded beautifully and tasted even better the second day. I am not usually a sun dried tomato fan, but prepared this way, I could eat this over and over again!

This dish received mixed reviews in my house. Hubby and the boys all said they liked it and even went back for seconds. I did not care for it though. For me, the sun-dried tomatoes were just too overpowering. They gave the whole dish a tanginess that just didn't work for me.

I love this recipe, I made this yesterday as our lunch, my mom cannot stop pilfering the fried chicken she said that its delicious and tasty, my dad cannot stop asking what did I put to make the chicken so tasty, all I said is that I followed the recipe's cooking direction. This recipe does really made may day, seeing my family's dishes empty and getting more in the serving plate brings satisfaction and happiness for me. I really really love this recipe, for sure it will have a place on my bday party!

This recipe is great, but I changed it a bit. As one "rater" said, why change it so much, just make your own. Well, the idea is great but everyone has their own needs & tastes. For my family, we try to eat healthy so some of this wouldn't work. I went out on a limb, hoping it would turn out & we LOVED it even my 7 & 10 year old. I placed Skim Milk in place of the heavy cream. I chunked up the chicken & cooked it in 1 tbsp of the oil from the sun-dried tomato oil. I added ALL the chicken broth, milk, etc to the pan, & added 1 tbsp flour to thicken it up. After simmering & it began to thicken, I added the chicken to the mixture & continued cooking for a while, added 1/4 cup parmesan cheese & served over whole wheat Penne noodles. Next time we will double the sauce b/c after simmering to the desired thickness, it wasn't enough sauce. Great recipe even making it healthier.

This was a wonderful recipe and so easy to make on a week-day evening. The only ingredient change I made was to substitute homogenized milk for cream, reducing the fat significantly. As this made for a thinner sauce, I added the sauce directly to the cooked pasta, stirred to coat and let it sit on low heat for a few minutes. I sliced the chicken and added it to the pasta and sauce, and before serving, grated fresh parmesan on top of the plates of Chicken Milano. Yummy!

This recipe was excellent. I couldn't believe how much my husband loved it. I try not to make changes the first time I make a recipe but I broke my rule and instead of using broth at the end I added white wine and reduced it down a bit. Excellent!
