This was amazing. I don't really consider myself a "cook" but I was able to produce a restaurant quality meal. I took others advise - substituted the sherry with more Marsala, doubled the sauce and added some chicken broth and heavy cream to make the sauce even richer. Served over fettuccine, it was delicious! Highly recommend!

This was very easy to cook! Everyone in my family loved it! I took a few suggestion from the other reviews by omitting the cooking sherry. Adding heavy cream, butter and minced garlic instead. This was so delicious!

Saute the mushrooms first until the water comes off and then set aside. Then brown the chicken, poured on the wine and add the mushrooms back in. Cook down the wine. Serve with egg noodles and green veggie. Everyone in my family enjoyed this. Thanks!

This recipe is first class, my whole family loved it, changes made no black pepper as i do not eat it and no marsala wine, no where to be found, maybe not a south african product, i also added more sherry and some cream, this dish was devine
