Very bland. Was not like a macaroni and cheese. Could be better with like a cream cheese in the mix. I will not make again.

We liked it but did adjust the recipe to make it not quite so dry. Add two cans of cream of mushroom instead of oneand make it a full cup of broth instead of a half of cup.

This is an awesome and easy recipe. I gave it four stars because I changed out the broth for Salsa and it gave it a southwestern taste to die for. i tried it with the broth and it just didn't have enough taste for me. The salsa made the dish.

Needs some variety in texture. Maybe I'll make it with Rotini pasta and it will be what we're looking for.

I did add 1/2 cup salsa to the recipe. It was creamy and cheesey. Yum!

I gave it 4 stars just because I changed it. It is a great base recipe. I used precooked rotisserie chicken and just deboned it and chopped. I didn't have a can of green chile's so I used a can of mild Rotel and omitted the broth. I also sauteed the onions. I used one and a half package of the mexican elbow macaroni and layered that mixture with shredded cheddar cheese. My kids were skeptical when they came in the kitchen and looked it in the process, but loved it when it came out of the oven. It's like a King Ranch Chicken Casserole with noodles instead of tortillas!

This was a very good recipe. I used 1/2 cup of salsa and 1/2 cup broth, I added extra chicken, garlic powder and onion powder for a little more flavor. Still needs a little more kick. With a little tweaking, this could be a great recipe!

I used the advice of another reviewer and used 1/2 cup salsa instead of broth and mexican blend cheese for the top. what a great suggestion. will make again.

I thought it was kind of bland. It was much better after I topped it with salsa.
