Very good. Tasty. Definitely will make it again. My boyfriend also enjoyed it and suggested we add carrots next time and maybe peanuts (I guess Thai-style is what he is thinking). I couldn't find actual lo-mein noodles in my store so I used linguine and it was fine. Fairly simple to make. I never know what to do with my boneless, skinless chicken breasts so this was good for a change! Try it!

This was a very quick and flavorful Friday night dinner and my husband loved it. He is very funny when it comes to eating, because nobody can cook like his mother, but he went back for thirds on this dish.

This was a great recipe! It was the best tasting chinese dish I have ever made. I used ginger flavored soy sauce instead of real ginger. I also used lo mein noodles instead of linguine. Ramen noodles would probably work well too!

It's really, really good! I mean REALLY good. The sauce is very authentic and the mushrooms are so tender and juicy. You can eat a BIG bowl of it and not feel too full. I love this recipe!
