WOW! Absolutely delicious and easy! Few modifications: I used an egg/milk wash before coating with italian bread crumbs. Used butter and EVOO to saute the chicken. I don't like pimentos so instead I used a can of diced tomatoes (very well drained). Added minced garlic to the pan drippings before adding the broth. I made more of the sauce so there would be extra to spoon over the egg noodles. Once the dish was complete, I topped with some shredded mozzarella cheese. I also recommend using thin cut chicken breasts because they cook a lot quicker. I would highly recommend all of these modifications. DIVINE!!

One word......heavenly! The only change I made was omitting the pimentos and that's because I don't care for them. I served it with a side of roasted new potatoes and french green beans. Definetly a keeper.

I followed the recipe exactly except for the pimentos, I don't care for them. This is a delicious recipe, my family loved it! I served it with Fettucini noodles and fresh green beans, yum. Will definitely make it again.

So delicious! Didn't make it with the pimentos and used a LOT of fresh basil and it was absolutely wonderful. Added a little rosemary and dill to the bread crumbs for some more flavor. Will be making this one again and again!!

Absolutely Fabulous! Everyone in my family loved this. Hubby worked late, and it reheated well too! I didn't have the pimento...but it wasn't missed. On the list to make again soon.

This is an excellent dish. My husband and I both loved it. I had cooked chicken breasts left over, so the next evening, I cut it into bite-size pieces, made extra sauce, thickened with corn starch, and served it over angel hair pasta. It was GREAT!

Very good. Changed a few things since I'm watching my calories. First I baked it in the oven. Then instead of heavy cream I used plain greek yogurt and a tablespoon of cornstarch. Delicious!

When I cooked this I had the pot too hot so the bread crumbs burned in an instant. I would recommend using thinner strips of chicken and a lower fire

I was so hopeful about this recipe as I really like all the ingredients, however I found it to be rather tasteless. Sorry about that!

I followed the recipe exactly and the flavor was out of this world. The sauce was somewhat runny but seemed to soak into the chicken. Next time I will thicken the sauce with 2 T butter & flour, use half & half instead of heavy whipping cream, and pound the chicken breasts somewhat to cut some of the cooking time. Maybe try 2 tsp of dry basil instead of the fresh (to keep cost down). Will update when I make these changes. This a definite keeper.

This was fabulous! It was a big hit with my family! Even my kids loved it, so I will make it again. I doubled the receipe and I changed a couple of things. I used 1/2 ck broth and 1/2 wine wine. I used sun dried tomatoes instead of the pimentos. I can't wait to make this again! Next time I will saute mushrooms in white wine and add it to the mixture and/or artichoke hearts to change it up a bit. BUT you don't have to add these things to make it better because it was great just the way it was. I strongly recommend this.

This was the best meal. My family of 4 truly enjoyed this dish. I only omitted the pimentos because I do not like them. I doubled the sauce recipe and added fresh chopped garlic and red pepper flakes. I cooked chicken tenderloins in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Instead of milk, I used an egg to keep the coating on the chicken. I will make this again and again. I can't wait to have a dinner party. I am sure to impress my guest with this dish.

Very good recipe! I had basil from my garden running over, so I had made pesto and freezed it. So I used the pesto in this recipe where it called for basil and it was superb! I also added a little sweet vermouth to replace some of the chicken broth.
