A prior review said to make extra because the leftovers are great, and they were right! My husband rarely eats leftovers, and he couldn't stop talking about how good it was as a sandwich with Swiss cheese on a kaiser roll.

Great way to use up some pantry items. I did add a few spices such as garlic powder and seas. salt as suggested. The whole family enjoyed. I also baked with a touch of olive oil on pan. Great sliced over a salad.

I use this to make homemade chicken tenders for the kids. I love how crispy they turn out, I don't fry them, I just bake them in a 350 degree over for 20-25 minutes.

Meh. That's really the only word I can think of to describe this. I cooked it exactly as written and it came out really good-lookin'. :) Taste is all a matter of opinion, but I found it to be bland and it didn't really live up to the rave reviews. Really didn't think it was worth all of the effort. Don't think I'll make it again. Sorry.
