Did not care for this at all. I even added many more spices and it still did not help.

I HAVE MADE "CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN" ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AS REQUESTED BY MY FAMILY. IT IS A "MUST" TO TRY! I DID ADD 1/2 CUP OF "COCONUT" TO THE CRACKER CRUMB MIXTURE WHICH ADDED A LITTLE SWEETNESS. WE ALL THINK IT MADE THE RECIPE EVEN BETTER. I ALSO CUT MY CHICKEN BREASTS INTO STRIPS WHICH MADE A PLATTER FULL. I SERVED IT WITH A "HONEY,MUSTARD,MAYO" SAUCE FOUND ON THIS SITE. DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!!!!!!!!!!

This was great. I doubled the recipe because I had more than 6 chicken breasts. It worked out perfectly and didn't have to use a lot of oil. I browned the chicken in the frying pan and finished them off in the oven. Drained them on a rack over a cookie sheet until the rest of the meal was ready. There was not a single piece left. Thank you, this one is a keeper!!

I was a little nervous about coating the chicken with saltines, but I fiegured with so many positive reveiws I had to try this recipe. Well, I was pretty darn impressed. It was delicious. I used unsalted crakers and just seasoned using Lawry's seasoning salt and onion powder. Great chicken. Will make again.

It was good,I did not add the potato flakes and I used chicken tenders. I also added granulated garlic and added ground up croutons along with some dried thyme. I served it with homemade french fries and onion rings which i also received a recipe of the all recipe site.

This is by far my favorite chicken! I did take another reviewers advice and dreadged the chicken in flour b4 the egg and i added garlic powder, pepper and parsley to the mix. I put the chicken over white rice and made chicken gravy to pour over... Delish!!!

Very good, served it with Stove Top and green bean casserole, and the whole family enjoyed it. The batter was very cheap to make, too!

WOW these were top notch!!! The entire family absolutely loved them. I almost took the advice of one reviewer but I chose to follow the recipe the first time so I could give an accurate review. Then the 2nd time I may try to bake them. But I think the recipe is a great one, they had great flavor and were very crunchy.

This is totally what you'd get at a restaurant. It was a lot easier to make than I thought even - I made it while tired and hungry, and didn't put much effort into it honestly, but it turned out great still. I'll definitely make this one again.

I added a bit of garlic powder, and only turned the chicken three or four times, and it turned out great.
