This is very good. I found the colby-jack amount to be a little much though. I would reduce this to 4 oz and skip the sour cream next time to reduce the calories a little and still it could be delicious.

OMG this recipe is soooo good. Creamy without being too cheesy. My picky family raved about it. All I added was fresh cooked broccoli and some hot pepper flakes(cuz we like a little kick).Thanks for the recipe..its a keeper!

Very flavourful dish. I did take the advice and cut the recipe in half since i was cooking for only two, and it still was obviously more than enough. Got some nods for making the sauce myself too. Thanks.

This was the best Fettuccini Alfredo I've ever had. I used whole wheat fettuccini pasta and whole wheat flour and it came out yummy. The only thing I might change is to cut back a little on the butter.

This recipe was awesome. The only thing I changed was I added a handful of bacon bits (the soft real bacon bits, not the crunchy ones) with the onions and mushrooms. I don't think it changed the taste much though. I made this for a birthday partyu and everyone loved this dish.

I absolutely love this recipe. At first I wasn't too sure about the colby jack cheese but after making it the first time I knew it was a hit. I've probably made it about 20 more times.

It was expensive to make, but absolutely delicious!! I invited the whole family over and we were all stuffed. I followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect. Even better than what's in the restaurants!

I LOVED IT! Its thick and cheesy. There is not a whole lot of salt so it very mild . Lots of garlic :) would make it again.

This was a good recipe. The sauce was very thick and rich so it's probably something I will only make every once in a while. Next time I will use less Italian seasoning...just my own person preference! Thanks!

This was a fun and easy recipe to make. I really haven't been able to find a store bought alfredo sauce that I like, so I htought I'd take a chance with this one. It turned out to be delicious and one that I will definitely make again and again!
