PERFECT fettuccini alfredo! I left out the onions, mushrooms, & tomatoes for my bf's sake and substituted broccoli and it was SO good!

This was great! I did not add the roma's for the b/f's sake, and will probably add broccoli the next time for a little color, but, just as it was, it was great! Definitely worth the time and it really is a one pot wonder!

Loved this recipe! I sauteed and added red and green peppers and broccoli after the fettuccini was cooked, and it made it all the better!! I also used fat free half and half, and I couldn't tell the difference.

I usually just use store-bought sauce, but this time I decided to surprise my family with a homemade sauce. Luckily I had all the ingredients on hand for this recipe, except for the mushroom, and it came out phenomenal. My husband and son noticed right away that it was not the same sauce I use. The sour cream and colby cheese added to it's deliciousness. I am definetely making this often.

This was an absolutely delicious recipe, I had to cut down on the recipe and found that I may have added a bit too much cheese (parmesan & colby), but no big deal since I LOVE cheese which only added to the taste. I didn't change a thing, but all ingredients should be measured and set aside, makes it easier to just grab and add as needed. Thank you my family really enjoyed this recipe, will definitely make this one again and again!!!

I just love this recipe. I've been making it for a year now and its just my go to recipe for any kind of alfredo. I usually make as is, but sometimes I like to marinade my chicken in buttermilk for some extra flavor. Definitely yummy, thanks so much for sharing.

Very, very good! My hubby and daughter both loved it. Hubby said "Olive Garden ain't got nothing on YOU, babe!" haha... If you like this kind of dish, give it a try, you won't be sorry. (Bonus: Not too complicated either!)

Top dog in my opinion. I agree, it does make TONS of sauce. You could easily cut this recipe in half. I'm freezing what I have left over and will be anxious to see if it unthaws okay. I did not change anything except I didn't add tomatoes on top. I think the recipe called for mushrooms and I didn't add that because I am allergic to them. Otherwise, scrumptious. You do not need that much salt.

Delicious. Didn't make any changes and it came out perfect. The recipe made A LOT of sauce. I'll probably end up freezing it and saving it for the next time I want an amazing meal. :)

UH-MAZING! Every time I've made it for company I've gotten nothing but rave reviews - even my mother in law complimented me on it (which is def a big deal). Last time I doubled the recipe and froze half the sauce/chicken mixture so all I had to do was defrost it and cook up some pasta - fabulous! This is way better than at any restaurant!

I didn't like it much.. I followed the instructions exactly.. I'm looking for one that tastes like the ones they serve at Olive Garden... BUT my boyfriend DID like it.. so I guess some of us are more picky than others.

This was pretty good. I just used 4 cups of 1% milk instead of 3 cups milk and 1 cup half and half. Then I sprinkled a little cornstarch in to thicken it up. I also left out the sour cream and mushrooms and tomatoes. I used half mozerella cheese and half cheddar cheese. It turned out nicely. I made it with the recipe on here for "The Most Incredible Garlic Bread" (VERY GOOD!!). I spent a total of 2 hours on this meal.

I had to leave out the veggies because my company didn't like them, but this was still really good. I am going to make it again when I can add the mushroom and tomato.

Very Rich, if I made again, think I would eliminate the jack cheese, think it would be fine without. Was very tasty, just extremely rich for us.

Great flavor, although i did add some freshly made basil pesto to both the chicken as well as the alfredo sauch for a little extra kick..and wow! I also added some pine nuts when saute-ing the onion and mushroom mix and left out the Roma tomato, substituting for grape tomatoes (cut in half) thrown in right at the end for a little tartness. Great recipe!

This recipe was FANTASTIC! My husband, kids, and father, (who are all extremely picky) just loved it. I was surprised by how much sauce it made. Thinking it would be enough sauce for a box and half of pasta. We had 5 people eating, and we had tons of leftovers. The only thing I did differently was use one large garlic clove. It had tons of flavor. I will make this again and again, and would definitely recommend.
