This was so delicious. I love refried beans, so I added a can of refried beans to the first layer of the soup mixture along the bottom of the dish. I also mixed diced red peppers and spanish rice into the chicken mixture. Mmmmmmm.

I made these and was a bit nervous using flour tortillas rather than corn. I figured they would be healthier and my boyfriend would like them more because he prefers flour. The only change I made was using taco seasoning in place of chili powder, they came out great. I topped them with shredded lettuce and fresh diced tomatos. Very easy, nice presentation and most important, very tasty. thanks Jeri for a great recipe.

maybe next time use red chili sauce?? too creamy... needs more spice for Donald. Use Corn tortillas, flour was too mushy.

I absolutely love the dish. My fiance says these are the best chicken enchiladas he has ever had. The only thing that I do different is, I don't use only 1 cup of cheese...I pretty much cover it with cheese. LOVE IT!!!

These were impressive. My husband does not like onions, so I substituted the onion for a tsp of onion powder instead. Very good!

I love this recipe!! Following the advice of other reviewers, I did make a few changes. 1) I did not put in the green chiles. Instead I split a can of Rotel - half with the soup mixture and half with the chicken mixture. 2) I doubled the cheese and put 1/2 of it in with the chicken mixture before I rolled up the tortillas.

I'm not a huge fan of this. However, I still gave it a 4 star rating because it of its flavor. I would probably call it "creamy chicken tortilla casserole." I much prefer the more traditional chili sauce enchiladas.

I am not a lover of enchiladas but theses were great! My family and I plan on eating them again very soon. We also put cheese on the inside of each tortilla.

This was soooo good!!! Next time I will double the sauce mixture adding 2 cans of soup and 1 cup sour cream. The only alterations I made were, added green pepper to onion to sautee along with half a pack of taco seasoning. Added the chicken (already cooked) and added about 1/2 cup salsa. Let this all cook together and then added the sauce to it. I also took someone's advice and added cheese to the inside of it. Very good, even kids enjoyed this dish. Served it with some spanish rice and it was a very filling meal.

This is a great recipe and I've made it many times with varations. The can of chopped chilis is drained and the liquid is added to the sour cream and soup mixture. Montery jack cheese was used instead of cheddar and the whole dish was topped with 12-16 oz. picante sauce.

4.5 rated.im a begginer so i thought these were good.if you dont add these things then it will be too plain.so i added a can of tomatoes with green chiles and a lot of spices including garlic and garlic powder, onion powder, chill powder and cumin.i also added a can of red enchilada sauce.i later started to add green enchilada sauce and liked it better(in my opinion).use this an it will add more flavor.

This recipe is wonderful! I added cumin has one other cook suggested. Also, to make it a little lighter (got to fit into that swimsuit ya' know!) I used 99% fat free soup, light sour cream and 2% cheese. Yummy! It's a keeper for sure. Thank you!

My boyfriend is a hard to please food critic. I made these enchiladas for him last week and he complimented me at least 30 times! We like things spicy, so I did add one addition to the recipe...1/2 packet of hot and spicy taco seasoning. Absolutely perfect!

My family celebrates "Tres de Mayo" yesterday at my house. (We were going to be unable to celebrate Cinco de Mayo on Tuesday, so we celebrated early...lol) I made these Enchiladas for the first time and followed the recipe as writen. My family and friends loved them. Next time I think I want to try it with steak or sausage. Very very good with wonderful flavors. Super easy to make too!
