Very good! Instead of a green bell pepper I added to cans of green chilis and also used green enchilada sauce.

Yummy, but I did make two changes to meet our tastes. I used red bell pepper instead of green. Just personal preference. Then I used the Philly Santa Fe flavored cooking creme to add more kick. Really good!

I made this last night and there were no leftovers. Everyone loved it. My family loves extra spicy and hot foods. I used the Santa Fe flavor, added LOTS of cayenne pepper, a bit of hot sauce and green chile pepppers. I also used sun dried tomato flavored tortillas and mixed a bit of the cream with the enchilada sauce (also spicy). I didn't dip the tortillas though. I added sauce to the bottom of the pan and poured the rest over the top. I also topped with green onions and black olives. YUM!

This recipe was very delicious! I used regular cream cheese and Pablano peppers instead of green peppers and it was great. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it and had tasty left overs for lunch the next day!

These were really good. Followed the recipe exactly. Found they were a little messy to put together. Maybe there was an easier way to dip the tortillas in the enchilada sauce.

It was wonderful! I made a few changes, as usual. I shredded the chicken as one of the other raters advised, which was great!!! I also could not find the cooking cream, so I used cream cheese instead and it came out fine. I added cumin to the mixture as it was cooking to give it more flavor. Everyone loved it! I would absolutely make it again and recommend it to others!
