This recipie has turned out to be one of my family's favorite. It is easy and you can cut down on the fat using lowere fat products, it is so good, there is never any left, and we are only four people! I will often double it and freeze on epan for later. Thank you for a great recipie!

I could not believe it when my 10 year old step son said "Wow this is great". I did a few things different but used this recipe as a guide. Instead of a green onion I used a Vidalia Onion and added the garlic powder plus some onion powder. I also added a can of enchilada sauce to the mixture plus the other ingredients. Next time I am going to try adding some chili powder. Thanks for the recipe.

All I can say is YUM!. I added a few more spices as we like it spicier, red peppers etc.. Great taste! The only thing I thought it was a little soupy. Maybe next time I will cut the soup part down to a half of a cup. Ohterwise Very tasty!

We LOVE these. They're a staple in our house. I actually get excited like a little kid when I know I'm making them for dinner. I make extra to have for lunch for the next day. YUMMY!!

This recipe got such great reviews that I was pretty excited about making it. In my opinion, it's not that great. I thought the whole thing tasted like cream of mushroom soup. Even though I did spice it up for my own tastes, it wasn't enough.

Doubled the recipe, filled 10 tortilla's, followed the recipe exactly, and these were great! O.K., so I might have added a bit extra cheese on the top, but other then that small change, this recipe rocks as-is! Will make again, in fact, already did!

Oh, wow! This recipe rocks!!! I use the rotisserie chicken from Sams and I also use white corn tortillas dipped in hot oil. As suggested by other reviewers, we added taco seasoning however my husband accidentally bought cheesy or cheddar taco seasoning (never even heard of it), so I didn't add any shredded cheese to the mix, just on top of the casserole. My family loves this and my picky 11yr old thought this was amazing! Thank you, thank you!

This is a reliable crowd pleaser! Initially I was uncertain about these enchiladas since usually I think of enchiladas as having a tomato sauce. Not to worry, excellent flavors.

Some prior reviewers confuse me about recipes being boring or lacking flavor. When I cook, I tailor all recipes to suit my family, so I rarely make something as-is as far as spices are concerned. Regardless, this recipe was fabulous and the flavor was great. Per other recommendations, I used 1/2 mushroom soup and half chick soup. They sell it in one can. I also used ground chicken and added extra (1 1/2 pounds) so there was enough filling. Other than adding a little more salt and garlic and other standard staples, I used all other ingredients. My husband and kids loved it and want me to make again. It is very filling and somewhat heavy, but man was it good! Thanks for the recipe!!
