Very good recipe. I did, however, make a few changes. Instead of using cream of mushroom I used cream of chicken. I added half of a green bell pepper and chopped it up with the green onions and sauted them together. I added a tsp of cayenne to give it a bit of a bite and then I doubled the cheese. As an added bonus I put some sliced avocado on top before serving. I'm definately going to make this again.

Excellent! We decided to add traditional enchilada sauce on top and keep the "reserved sauce" for more enchiladas. Either way is scrumptious.

Delicious! My two changes: to substitute homemade sour cream sauce for the condensed soup/sour-cream combo and to season the chicken before I cooked it...but I'm certain this recipe would be just as good as written.

Loved this recipe! I changed it a bit just to make it a little more healthy. Used fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheese, 98% fat free soup and skim milk. I might add some onions & diced tomatoes next time but was delish just as is!

I did change it a little- I added an extra can of chilis- and a packet of taco seasoning (which was suggested in many reviews). I also used cream of chicken soup instead of the mushroom soup because it is all I had. But it was delicious! Even my VERY picky 4 year old gobbled it up! I will be making this often.

Instead of using green onions and green chilies, I used a green bell pepper and sweet onion. It came out great and the balance of flavors was awesome! This is a favorite!

AMAZING JUST AS IS!!! This was delish. only additions were extra green onions and black sliced olives on top prior to baking. this was enough for 5 enchiladas (used 2 cups cooked ckn) but plenty for 6 people as it is extremely filling. Spanish rice (zatarains) on the side.....my fav dinner. thanks so much

This recipe was so good!! My husband does not like onions in any form so I had to leave that off. I also defrosted/marinated one pound of chicken in Fajita mix all day while I was at work cutting up the raw chicken when I got home and letting it sit for an additional hour before cooking. It turned out SO go!!!

Delicious! I used the rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and doubled the sauce. Doubling the sauce is a MUST!

This recipe was delicious! I followed the recipe to the T, minus the chilis, which I didn't have on hand. I actually only used 4 tortillas and stuffed them so that some of the filling oozed out. I served it with the Mexican Rice II recipe on this site and my husband gave it a 9/10, which he rarely does! I can't wait to have leftovers tomorrow! Next time, I'm making extras and freezing some.

Excellent, and so easy to make! I used corn tortillas instead of flour as they taste better to me!

These are the BOMB!!! I have made them 4-5 times now. They are a favorite of my friends and family now. I added some canned jalapenos and crushed red pepper when I wanted a bit of heat. I have made it with cream of chicken and cream of mushroom. It's good both ways. For a party I doubled the recipe and used a can of each...best of both worlds. I had some plain yogurt to use up and used that instead of sour cream. Tasted great. ENJOY!
