I broke my ban on recipes using condensed soup for this one - and it was worth it! I used Monterey Jack cheese for a little extra kick, and these were great.

Excellent recipe. Relatively easy to prepare. I used some pepper jack cheese and added some hot peppers to my chicken mixture. I made my our enchilada sauce which I had from another recipe...I omitted the olives as well but topped the finished dish with green onions and shreddred lettuce. Will make this one again.

These chicken enchiladas were awesome. I left out the olives (don't really like them), used green sauce, and added avocadoes as a garnish along with the lettuce. They were a hit!

so easy and so good! I took the advice of some other members and added green chiles and tomatoes to each enchilada to give them a little more of a kick. to cut down on the fat I used reduced fat sour cream, reduced fat cream of chicken soup and reduced fat cheese and it all still tasted delicious.

Es muy bueno! I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and added a can of green chili's and increased the amount of chicken to the mixture to make the filling less soupy and firmer. Garnished the dish with rough chopped romain, and it was a hit!

really good! We loves it! I used whole grain tortillas and didn't put the beans on the inside but served them on the side. I also added some cumin and chili pepper to the soup mixture before putting in the tortillas.

This recipe was wonderful. It was very easy and I only changed the cheese to a mexican blend and added the green onions to the chicken mixture also. My husband loved it and I took the leftovers to my parents and they thought it was awesome.

These were delicious. Only thing I did differently was to add green chilies with the sour cream, and to not add the enchilada sauce until the end. Very yummy and filling!

Really good and very easy! My family loved it and my mom asked for the recipe to make it for her company. I followed others advice of using an extra can of enchilada sauce and dipping the tortillas. Also I shredded the chicken.

My family loved this recipe and it has become frequently requested. I added green chilis to the sour cream mixture. I doubled the enchilada sauce and dipped the tortillas in the sauce before wrapping & poured remainder on top. I omitted the green onions, olives & lettuce but added jalapenos on top. I also used a mixture of cheeses (asadero, montery jack & cheddar). Excellent!

I made this dish for company, they loved it & wanted the recipe so that they could make it again the next day! For this recipe, I used the Tyson brand of pre-cooked ckicken that is already cut up & seasoned with mexican type spices, this added a little more zing.

I have made a variation of this recipe for years but thought I'd try this one. I would reduce the sc to 1/2c because it gets too creamy and you can't even taste the chicken. Otherwise, a good recipe.

I have added this recipe to my book of favorites! I followed other reviewers advice and added a can of chiles but I accidentally bought mild enchilada sauce so they didn't have quite the kick I usually like. I will note that they were not good the next day as leftovers so next time I make them I'll be sure to invite company over for dinner. Overall great, easy recipe!

Had this on weekend. I liked it, however wasn't thrilled with the enchilada sause on top (could have been the brand(?)). The filling was good, and my husband enjoyed it as well. Nice for a change...I'd make agin (no enchilada sause).

This was great as far as enchiladas go. I don't prefer soft shelled Mexican fare, but this had a great flavor. I also made it once with ground beef and it also turned out just as well. We ate 5 and froze 5 for my son & his family. They also give it a thumbs up. Even my 18 month old grandson liked them.

Was not pleased with this recipe. I thought the tortillas were too soggy. My husband ended up taking the majority of it to work and the guys liked it, if that tells you anything!!

This method is easy and delicious. My family and guests really enjoyed the flavor. I too, added some canned finely chopped chilis to each enchilada and served with a side of pico de gallo.

This was very good. I made a few changes - mixed some salsa with the enchilada sauce, added green chilis to the chicken mix. I really liked the lettuce. It added a great texture.
