I was looking for a recipe to use up some leftover ham. Everyone ate it without complaints (a rarity). But I can't say they "raved" over it either. I would make it again though as a "once in awhile meal". Something different and easy to make.

I like all the ingredients, so I thought I would like this dish. Unfortunately when you mix everything together you get very unappetizing rubbery-with-chunks texture. The flavor was good though. I guess that's just the nature of quiche.

Using crescent rolls as the crust was brilliant. I didn't have any thick-sliced ham, so I used regular thin-sliced lunchmeat and cut it into strips, which worked just as well.

This is a very easy and tasty quiche. I did not use ham. I used spinach and it turned out great. I could easily make extra, cut, and freeze it.

This is an excellent recipe. I brought this dish to a pie social and won first place in the main dish category. I used the same ingredients, although I did use an extra crescent roll to cover the top like a pie. Also, we aren't ham lovers, so next time we will add some sausage and top it off with hash browns. Great Recipe :)

This was awesome!! I didn't have the ham or bacon so I substituted it with a little more than 1 c broccoli, 1/3 cup onion, a clove of garlic minced, a dash of parsley and 5 eggs instead of 4 with a little extra milk. I brought it to a brunch and it was gone with people wanting more!! I had several ladies request the recipe :)

So So Good! I made two for dinner the other night. The first one I made exactly as directed with about 1/4 tsp. salt, and we all LOVED IT! Every single one of my children went for seconds, as did my husband and I. Yum! (my crust browned very fast though, and next time I will leave the foil on for all but the last 10 minutes of cooking time as my oven may run a little too hot.)The second one I made omitting the ham, adding a 10 oz. pkg frozen cut broccoli on top of the bacon, added about 1/2 tsp salt to the egg mixture before pouring it over, then topped with the remaining cheese and baked it as directed. Also very good and just as fast and easy like the original, but really the original was the better of the two. This is now my only quiche recipe, it's so delicious and so easy! I never would have thought to use the crescent roll dough for the crust. Thank you for sharing this gem!!!

Very easy... with such few ingredients it is much better than you would think. My 15 month old daughter just loved it.
