Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 cup crushed buttery round crackers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Place them in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and white pepper. Spread mixture over chicken, then sprinkle all with cracker crumbs.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
