mild curry powder
hot curry powder
ground black pepper
salt to taste
russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
This was a good curry. I followed the recipe exactly and I feel like it needed something more - maybe some vegetables besides onion.
I made this for the first time & we enjoyed it very much! I took the advice of another reviewer & added some green peppers, mushrooms & even 2 parsnips to the potatos. We didn't have the hot curry powder on hand, just the regular curry spice, so we added some oriental hot sauce in a pinch & it all worked out great. I'll make it again for sure.
Its just like Americans never follow that Recipe, you people say its bland, something is missing, this is the way the people eat so if you think you can fix a recipe that's older than earth its self, YOU CANT!!!!!!!!! This Recipe is great
I would like to respond to the editor of HUNGARY how dare you say "just like Americans don't follow directions" and to regard us as "you people" is a very racist comment. If you are currently in America I suggest you go back where you feel more comfortable. If you are in AMERICA you are here for a reason. We have welcomed you and this is how you repay us? How dare you!!! what if I told you, we don't want you here, would you be willing to go back home, or stay here where your life is better, if so I guess its because of "us people" making it the great place to live or you wouldn't be here.
