Yum, yum! Changed up a few things that made it easier to make and (in my opinion) more delicious. . . Butterflied the chicken breasts, so that I didn't have to make a mess pounding them and waste some plastic wrap. I stuffed the chicken with sliced spiral ham--healthier and heartier than the deli stuff and did NOT include the cheese. I followed the directions for browning and cooking on the stovetop, but instead of adding heavy cream, I added milk and stirred in about two cups of shredded Swiss cheese, and made a cheese sauce! I always hate how the cheese leaks out of the stuffed chicken, so I just thought: What the heck? I'm making a sauce instead! It was so delicious altogether. I'm sticking to my way from now on. :) Great recipe!!
