Firstly I am 17 and I made this with my boyfriend for my family, IT WAS INCREDIBLE. we've been dying to make it again soon! Also instead of red wine vinegar we used balsamic vinegar because someone recommended it below on the reviews. The only advice i would give is each person could atleast eat 2 of these, next time we'll be making many more so there will be plenty, but enjoyy!:)

I was looking for something like this, and ended up tweaking it according to other caprese style dishes I love. I marinated boneless chicken breasts in italian dressing overnight, flattened them, then filled with the mozz balls & tomatoes. I also added a handful of chopped basil to each roll. Then I grilled them indoors - fabulous. I served the chicken on top of pasta that had been tossed with sauteed garlic, more cherry tomatoes, and a little cream. Topped the whole platter with shredded parm. My only other suggestion is to use LARGE chicken breasts and pound them really thin so that you can incorporate all the goodies! Really a great base recipe that you can adjust to your liking. A bit labor intensive, but the dish got huge raves.

A little bland as is so you might want to use a bit of salt. Other than that it is a perfect recipe and super easy.

This recipe has great flavor and is easy to make. I bought thinly cut breasts to save time and also made my own spice mixture from my herb garden. Definitely worth adding to my recipe book!

I made this dish last night. It was very bland. I will try again with roasted red peppers and sundried tomatoes and maybe a stronger cheese. It has potential.

This was by far one of the best chicken recipes I've tried in a while. I followed some other suggestions and added garlic with the tomatoes and used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. I also couldn't find the Mrs. Dash tomato Basil seasoning ANYWHERE so I improvised and used another garlic blend by Mrs. Dash and some Montreal Chicken Spice and some dried basil. Wonderful recipe, thanks so much for sharing, it will be a regular item on our weekly menu from now on! :)

My husband is kinda picky, but he loved it, I seasoned the chicken with Mrs Dash Original before adding the original ingredients. Delicious
