For such an easily prepared meal, this is delicious! Better than any sandwich I've ordered at a restaurant.

Easy and pretty good. I cook with chicken pretty much 90% of the time, and this is just another way to make it differently. I will make it again - as my husband likes it very much.

I cut out the mayo and bread crumbs and broiled the chicken instead...came out delicious!! Also, if you can get your hands on fresh asiago cheese bagels (panera) the yum factor goes up tenfold...cold leftovers of this are the best!

These chicken sandwiches were absolutely delicious! The mayonnaise kept the chicken moist & the parmesan coating was quite good. My husband was so impressed that he told me to save him some leftovers so he could have it again. I will definitely make this recipe again.
