Directions

  1. Combine cheese, salad dressing, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Add lettuce and toss together until lettuce is coated with dressing.
  2. Place half of lettuce on one slice of toast. Top with chicken, remaining lettuce, and toast. Cut in half and serve.

Such a simple idea, though I never thought to do it myself. Very tasty, and kinda refreshing. Nice for a warm summers afternoon :)

This is actually a pretty decent idea, especially when you have leftover Chicken Caesar Salad like I did. I pack a lunch for hubby every day and this was so much easier than having to deal with plastic containers. (which I know he'll never return anyway) I slathered a large hard roll with the dressing and just piled everything else on top. Elementary, but I wouldn't have thought of this!
