This was pretty good - the husband liked it, so that's a good sign :) The little zest from the lime juice was much appreciated.

This recipe was wonderful! My husband always loves when I try something different. We both loved the citrus taste. I cooked the chicken breasts partially in a skillet until brown, then transfered to the oven to cook for 20-25 minutes on 250 degrees. In a separate pan, I sauteed mushrooms, onions and a pepper. After they were brown, I began the lime sauce. Just before serving, I transfered mushrooms, onions and peppers to sauce and served over chicken. Absolutely Wonderful!! Thanks for a GREAT Meal!!!!

Supper good. Made it for my family a few nights ago and it was a hit. I did use Pepperidge Farms seasoned bread crumbs and even added a little extra seasoning. The sauce it awesome. It's very tasty and very easy. Great one to add to your recipe box!

Not bad, quick & easy. Bake the chicken (@ 400 for ~20 minutes) and substitute 1/3 of the butter with milk to make the dish less greasy. The milk makes the sauce thinner but the taste is the same and it lightens the sauce up.

Very tasty! Next time will cut back on the butter, though. Thanks for a keeper, Suzan!

I was a little put off by how buttery the sauce was...I was hoping that it would be more creamy. Otherwise, the flavor really was great and the lime was a nice touch without overpowering the dish. My kids actually ate their chicken first (and they always tell me how much they hate chicken) telling me that it was the best chicken they've ever eaten...hubby had 2 pieces of chicken, he never does that...this is a winner!

I really liked this a lot. My husband made it and he used flour on the chicken first to help keep the breading on and then finished it off in the oven.

It was tasty, and we liked the lime flavor, however the butter made what should have been a light tasting dish rather heavy. I wonder if whisking chicken stock with a tablespoon of butter, a hint of lime and capers would change my overall biew of this dish? As it is, it's just okay.

I thought the flavor of the chicken was excellent. I did have to microwave the chicken for 3 minutes because I had thicker breasts of chicken, but they were still delicious.

I rated this recipe before when I first tried it. After cutting the amount of butter a bit, I also make this recipe ahead and use the cut up chicken breasts on salad -- this is still one of our favorite chicken recipes!

This recipe was very easy and absolutely delicious. I did add some lemon juice to the lime juice as I didn't have enough lime juice. I also added garlic powder and pepper to the bread crumbs as suggested by another member. YUMMMM

I got this recipe in the recipe for the day email and thought it sounded pretty good. Not a big fan of Dill weed but together with the Lime and butter it really complimented each other. I let the butter carmelize a bit and used green onion instead of chives. The whole family loved it and my daughter said she could never eat chicken any other way..LOL I will definately be making this again. PS: If you drain the chicken onto a papertowel while making the sauce it won't be greasy.

YUM! We loved this dish. My husband really enjoyed it and had to resist a second big helping. I used Ritz cracker crumbs like someone before me. thanks for that idea since I didn't have any bread crumbs either. I served it with angel hair pasta and asparagus and it made a great meal! Thanks for this great recipe.
