We really liked this one a lot...the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I did change up the sauce a bit. I didn't use quite as much butter and added a little chicken broth and thickened it some. But the presentation was gorgeous...I loved the green of the chives and the dill. It was really easy to make this and admittedly I didn't want to cook....

I always have trouble keeping the breading on chicken and this recipe was no exception. Still, I thought this turned out very good as the sauce is what makes it interesting.

I had high hopes for this recipe. It sounds great but then I realized how fat the "sauce" is. And I wouldn't call six table spoons of butter "sauce". I won't be making this one again.

Quick & easy. I added black pepper to the bread crumbs & omitted the chives as I didn't have any on hand. Also had no limes, so used jarred lime juice. I think it still turned out good. The only downfall was that the chicken breasts didn't cook as fast as the recipe called for. Had to stick them in the oven to finish cooking.

Mmmmmm!! This chicken is good! My husband was lickin' his plate! This is one of our new favorites. I can't wait to make it again (no leftovers). I used slightly less butter. Try it, you'll love it.

This was very simple and very good. I also used less butter and there was still enough sauce. The lime gave a nice spark to it.

This is the original contributor of the recipe (although my handle has changed). I had not used this recipe in years and decided to see if it was still here. I have to say I was rather shocked at the amount of butter myself! I took a reviewer's suggestion and substituted chicken broth for half of it, and that was great. Maybe you could even do 3/4 broth. My kids love this kind of chicken and its easy to leave the sauce off for picky ones. Enjoy!

This recipe is perfect as is. My husband and 17-year-old son would eat it every day if they could. Wonderful flavor! The key is heating the lime first, because I forgot once and put the butter in first - it was not as flavorful.

We love this!! I have made this several times already and it never fails to impress. I also squeeze more lime juice into the butter at the end. Make this...you won't be disappointed!

Quik and easy with delicious results!!!!! We found that sugar snap pea pods go excellent as a side dish. The lime butter sauce tastes great on them as well.

I just couldn't get over how much butter there was in this recipe...it made it really unappetizing to me. The chicken itself was good though, so I ate that without the sauce

My family loved this esp my teenage boys. I did double the sauce and used about ten little key limes, halved the butter and used chicken stock instead. It was delicious!

MMMMMMMMMM - is all I kept hearing from the table as my eight year old devoured this! His was gone before I even sat down! I was surprised with only using one lime - but it was perfect. Instead of chives, I used some green onions sliced thin. This will definately be put into our meal rotation. Thanks!!
