I loved this recipe. I wish there were a way to make the lime sauce a little thicker, but the taste was amazing!! My daughters said it was too "sour", but my husband and I loved it. Definitely a keeper!!!

I'm going to give this a 5 star because I absolutley adored this dish. My boyrfiend said it was really good but I could tell it wasn't out of this world for him, but who cares about that it was awesome! I wish I would have made more because I made this with chicken tenders and two per person wasn't enough. I didn't use the egg just rolled the wet chicken in bread crumbs. I thought I would need more sauce so I doubled the lime juice, it was really lime-y! A little bit goes a long way, didnt need that much sauce. I didn't have chives, used green onion. Great recipe! Try this one!

Simple, quick and delicious...pretty much sums it up! The chicken comes out so nice and tender from pounding it, we really enjoyed it. Had some nice basmati rice and steamed carrots/broc with this!

Chives, dill weed and lime juice? Great combination! Great dish! I added a tiny bit more of lime juice for good measure.

This was very easy to make and even my husband loved it. Normally he won't eat chicken breasts. I have never tasted better. Thanks

This was so flavorful, and so good, I can't wait to make it again. What I did diffe rant though, was...I am not to big on thebread crumb coating, so I crushed saltine crackers instead, mixed in about 1 Tbsp flour, and 1 Tbsp Potato flakes, through some salt and pepper in, and after dipping chicken in the eggs, I coated it with the cracker mix, and did everything else the exact same. This is one fantabulous recipe!!! Oh, I almost forgot, the limes I had weren't very "juicy" so I used store bought lime juice, and I used about 1/2 cup of it for double the recipe

This was really good, and easy too. Everyone loved it, and couldn't get enough- even my babies (ages 5 and 3). My husband said to "Let this be a recipe you make again, please." I loved the lime flavor, and next time I may add more. I cut the butter down to 4 TBS. Pounding the chicken makes it so nice and tender. I had to cook for a little longer than stated though. Served with brown rice (cooked in chicken broth) and a Caesar salad.

Instead of pounding the chicken breasts out and frying them, I breaded and baked them, using seasoned bread crumbs. I melted the butter, added lime juice, dill, and chives and poured over the top of the chicken after it came out of the oven. Delicious!

This was just okay.... nothing too special. Not sure if I used enough lime juice, as I just had the juice on hand.

I make this for my husband and 2 & 3 yr old boys almost weekly. They all love it. Very tender. I cut the pounded out breasts into smaller portion sizes, for ease in serving. Also, my husband doesn't like lime, so we use lemon. This recipe is a family favorite at our house.

We really enjoyed this. I added fresh garlic while frying the chicken, and I used Italian bread crumbs instead of plain. I also added more dill and chive than called for. Very different flavor for a nice change.

This recipe is good but I gave it 3 stars because I think it could be a lot better. Next time I will play around with adding a little sugar to the sauce to cut the tart flavor. Also try adding some chicken broth to cut down on the butter. I would also add some type of pepper (i.e. jalapeño) for a little kick. I have also thought of adding some cream cheese or sour cream to the sauce to make it creamy....(might be good) This time I did add minced garlic to the oil before cooking chicken, and added bacon bits to the sauce. I think this would also be great served with garlic mashed potatoes. Recipe as is….okay but definitely as potential.

this recipe was quick and easy to prepare and the lime gives it a great flavor. i did not have the problem that others did with the sauce being too buttery. the only reason i don't cook this more often is because we try not to eat fried foods too often.
