I love this recipe. I used lemon juice on the chicken. I added some olive oil to the butter to prevent burning. I also doubled the sauce and it was just the right amount. However, i did not double the capers per personal preference.

The blend of spices is awesome, the chicken came out delicious and flavorful! My husband loved it. My only complaint is that if you follow the directions exactly, you will burn the cream instantly. My suggestion is to lower the heat once the chicken is removed and deglaze the pan slowly.

This is a wonderful recipe! I halved the chicken and make the same amount of sauce and it was really good. I think I will make even more sauce next time since I liked the cream more reduced than 3 minutes. Very simple and quick and the capers are tasty and make the dish just a little fancy. To make it quicker I did brown both sides of the chicken and pop it in the oven at 350. I let the chicken finish in the oven while I made the sauce in the chicken pan...any dripping went right back in the sauce!

Very good even my two sons 8 and 5 yrs approved and they are picky! I sauted the chicken in a little extra olive oil butter and I did not use the capers and used evaporated milk instead of heavy cream. Added a little lemon juice, salt and pepper to the sauce and served it with a side of angel hair pasta and garlic bread. YUM!!!

this recipe was soooo easy and the flavor was fantastic!!!, i doubled the cream and did not have dill so i used a little parsley instead, it was fantastic! i also grated some garlic and browned the butter a bit first, we live in the south so we like lots of seasoning! thank you for a great recipe!

My husband and I thought this was tasty but may need a little tweaking. I soaked the breast in lemon juice and instead of pounding them cut them in half lenghtwise. I used 2 Tbls. olive oil and 1 butter and used fat free half/half trying to make it a little healthier. This may have been the reason my sauce didn't want to thicken. I added a little gravy flour and that took care of the problem. Served with brown rice and broccoli. Will try again to see if I can perfect.

I really like all of the ingredients in this recipe but they didn't blend well. The sauce didn't taste of capers until I actually ate one. I will try to find a way to fix this as the idea here is a good one. Many reviewers complained of too salty a taste. I rinsed the capers, used unsalted butter and didn't salt the chicken and I found the dish needed salt. I should have known better. Thank you to the reviewer who suggested baking and thick chicken breasts after frying. This ensured the meat being done properly and saved me from burning the bits in my frying pan. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I will probably give it another go.

Simply incredible. My wife and I loved it. I didn't know that a chicken dish could be this decadent. Stick to the recipe and resist the urge to add any salt at any time...the capers take care of that in the end. GREAT!
