I have made this several times and it always comes out perfect. I did double the sauce otherwise everything stayed the same. It's very impressive to serve guests and gets rave reviews.

Pretty good recipe. I followed the recipe as it was written but should have followed others' suggestion to double the sauce.

recipe tasted like the product of a good french restaurant.......for those who feel that the recipe lacks "taste", increase by 50% the 4 spices that coat the chicken prior to cooking.

My husband thought this was OK, I did not care for it. I used half and half instead of cream. I found this dish to be quite flavorless.

totally loved this recipe! this is the first time i tried capers n it was a hit! its great with anything... i had it with a side of rice while mom had it with a bowl of salad... sure it wud b great with bread too :)... had a hard time trying to save some for bro who was late to the table. the sauce needed a bit more taste so added the capers with some of the vinegar it was soaked in instead of rinsing them out

I made this last night and I varied a little by using 1/2 and 1/2 instead of whipping cream. Also, I did not have lemon pepper so I stuck the chicken in a bag with lemon juice and cracked black pepper for about ten minutes. I think because of that it created too much juice to properly brown my chicken in the time given so some of it was a little dry (I used breast halves because that is what I had) I think I would have had better luck going with the original recipe but it ended up turning out pretty good and if I had done it properly it would have been even better.

This was good, but the sauce was a bit too creamy for us. I also changed how I cooked the chicken: I dipped it in flour, egg & planko bread crumbs, cooked the chicken in olive oil for 3 minutes & baked for 7 minutes. I also added lemon juice to the caper sauce. In the future, I'd use half and half to cut back on the calories and fat. I'll make this again. Thanks.

If you're a caper fan, this one will make your day. As per at least one of the comments, I doubled the cream. I also pounded the chicken. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly and it was outstanding.

I made this a while ago - before I knew what capers were - and substituted canned peas for them. You may be surprised, but it still turned out wonderfully. It was a good way to get veggies into the meal and worked perfect for my mother who doesn't like the taste of capers anyway. I have tried it again with the capers, and while I will make the recipe again and again and again, I will probably change out the capers often.

I love this recipe. I used lemon juice on the chicken. I added some olive oil to the butter to prevent burning. I also doubled the sauce and it was just the right amount. However, i did not double the capers per personal preference.

The blend of spices is awesome, the chicken came out delicious and flavorful! My husband loved it. My only complaint is that if you follow the directions exactly, you will burn the cream instantly. My suggestion is to lower the heat once the chicken is removed and deglaze the pan slowly.

This is a wonderful recipe! I halved the chicken and make the same amount of sauce and it was really good. I think I will make even more sauce next time since I liked the cream more reduced than 3 minutes. Very simple and quick and the capers are tasty and make the dish just a little fancy. To make it quicker I did brown both sides of the chicken and pop it in the oven at 350. I let the chicken finish in the oven while I made the sauce in the chicken pan...any dripping went right back in the sauce!
