Excellent flavor just be sure and really go easy on dipping the chicken in the flour mixture, I put too much on and the coating became mushy in the sauce. Overall the recipe is a keeper!

I have tried this recipe today, and even though I have "adjusted" it, I will give it 5 stars! It was a wonderful meal and I was very proud of myself, b/c my Hubby actually commented on it (and he usually doesn't ..LOL) Changes I made: I marinated the chicken breast in a mixture of Lemon & Orange juice, with fresh dill, salt & pepper for about 45 mins. Then I followed the recipe, I sauteed green onions & garlic with butter before putting the chicken in, but as the chicken was almost done, I poured the juices (lemon & orange) while it was finishing cooking. And the last touch, I put some more fresh dill in the sauce.....I know, it might change the basic recipe quit a bit, but it was good, nicely tangy and creamy....yummy definitely a keeper.....enjoy it!

Oh yum, this is the best recipe ever. My husband asks for it all the time. I did double the recipe for the sauce and I used 2% milk to cut out some of the fat. Also I pound my chicken pretty thin, really helps with tenderness. Thank you so much for submitting this recipe!

This is so ONO! De-lish, I am making it again tonight. Double the recipe for the sauce and add fresh garlic. I served it with garlic mashed potatos and the family went nuts! Big Mahalo's for dis one!

Very tasty. After reading other reviews I decided to deglaze the pan with a few splashes of white wine. Also, I served it with pine nut couscous. Next time I will serve with pasta.

Very tasty and easy to prepare. I've made this twice and it was good as written but the next time I decided to doctor it a bit. I made a roux after removing the chicken from the pan then I added 1/4 cup of white wine to deglaze the pan before adding the cream. This thickened the sauce nicely. I also added about a tsp of dried dill for more flavor.

Used fresh garlic and lemon instead of the powders. Very good. The first time I made it was for a dinner party -- I took a chance, and it was terrific!

OMG this was great. I use the site very often but have never come across a recipe that I needed to comment on. I made this last night for my son & his girl friend and we all loved it. I seasoned the chicken two hours prior to cooking & used fresh dill. As other reviewers had suggested I doubled the sauce. There was not an ounce of chicken left. I will be making this one again & again.

YUMMM!! Great mix of flavors - I made the mistake of trying to lighten the recipe with FF half n half. My mistake!! Don't mess with the ingredients!!! Perfect as written.

Wow! Hubby couldn't stop talking about this dish, said it was like something you'd get in a restaurant, even used the word "phenomenal". And from the cook's perspective it absolutely couldn't have been faster/easier to prepare. Made some minor changes - 1/2 salt, 1/2 lemon pepper (not a fan), a little garlic in with the chicken, used a splash of white wine to deglaze the pan, and doubled the cream. Served it with a side of asparagus. Wow! Phenomenal!

Very tasty...double the sauce by adding 1 cup of the cream. The capers add enough saltiness to maybe go 1/2 tsp salt.

Sooo yummy. All my boyfriend could do was shake his head and say, "this is excellent" as he splattered sauce on his face. For the chicken I cut the breasts thin and marinated them in fresh lemon juice. I omitted the salt and lemon pepper and used fresh garlic and fresh cracked pepper, and I also added a dash of EVOO so the butter wouldn't burn. For the sauce I deglazed the pan with a splash of a pino grigio, doubled the recipe, as I used pasta as my side, and added dill to the sauce. It was perfect and really easy. I will be cooking this again for sure.

I loved this recipe! I just got done eating it and had to review it. I made a couple changes - I used thinly sliced chicken breasts, fat free half and half, and put the dill right into the sauce. Very quick and easy!
